Joe enjoys the little things! This is the creed he lives life by. Joe has been a Real Estate Broker for over 20 yrs. 85% of his business comes from personal referrals. Joe has developed an insight into the culture and resources of this area through his past endeavors. Joe enjoys showing this area off to newcomers, and sharing the area with local folks. A great deal of his business is working with acreage type properties.

Joe recently sold a hazelnut orchard and large farm in the Salem area, both over a million dollars, in what has been referred to as a “down” market. Joe believes our market is on a upward swing and now is the time to buy that perfect property.

Meet Dana -

Dana's background is very extensive with mortgage lending. Dana owned and managed a mortgage company for a number of years. She felt that her transfer to being a Real Estate broker would be a nice fit after my 23 yrs in lending.

Dana enjoys working with her husband Joe at Harcourts NW Oregon Realty Group. Dana and Joe are partners both in life and Real Estate. This has enabled them to utilize a wealth of knowledge and skill to provide their clients with great customer service and the ability to get the job done.

Dana has always enjoyed working with people and try to treat everyone as she would want to be treated in working with one of the most important investments in life.
